Abstract:
A biological wave ceramic material for making sha-syndrome scraping plate has in its formula Fe2O3 40-60 wt%, MgO 24-34 wt%, ZnO 15-25 wt% and CaO 0.3-7 wt% as well as small amount of adhesive. the biological wave ceramic material is prepared from the above-mentioned ingredients through mixing, grinding, stoving, pre-sintering at 900-1000 deg.c, re-grinding, stoving, pelletizing, molding for shaping, sintering at 1100-1300 deg.C and polishing. The said mold has one concave arc-shape side, one wavy or linear side and two wedged short sides. The Sha-syndrome scraping plate of the present invention can radiate far infrared wave with biological wave spectrum similar to that of human body, can regulate human body's biological information field and will not produce break of capillary blood vessel white it is used to scrape on the body.
