The preparation process of the photocatalyst includes preparing transition layer sol with butyl titanates as precursor, preparing active layer sol with butyl titanate as precursor, coating the transition layer sol onto the large grain carrier via pulling to film, cold drying of the wet gel film, calcination to form TiO2 film, coating the active layer sol onto the large grain carrier with coated transition layer via pulling to film, drying and calcination to form TiO2 film photocatalyst. Or, nano TiO2 powder is compounded directly into suspension and coated via pulling process to large grain carrier to prepaer the photocatalyst. The photocatalyst of the present invention has the advantages of high binding strength, small gas resistance, easy to separate, high photocatalytic efficiency and high activity. |
