Abstract: |
The present invention features that liquid slag of a power plant is first water-washed, dried and crushed and then formed and microcrystallized into a blank which is finally cut and polished into a glass-ceramic product. Or, the liquid slag may be produced into a glass ceramic product directly through temperature maintenance, clarification, rolling to form, and microcrystallization treatment. The liquid slag from a power plant used in the present invention exists in glass state, has high activity and may be produced into glass-ceramic directly. The glass-ceramic has excellent microcrystal with anorthite as main crystal phase and excellent performance, including break strength of 35-80 MPa. The technological process has no additive added, no secondary melting, slag utilization of 100 %, low power consumption and low cost. |
