Abstract：
 The invention relates to a machinable bio-active nucleated glass and its preparation method. Said preparation method includes the following steps: firstly, uniformly mixing raw materials according to a certain proportion, melting them at 1400-1550 deg.C for 2-4 hr., pouring the molten glass liquor into mould and forming to make blank, cooling to room temp., heating and heat-insulating to make glass nucleate, continuously heating and heat-insulating to make gas crystallize to obtain biological nucleated glass using apatite and fluorophlogopite as main crystal phase. Said product also contains a certain reinforced phase formed fronm leucite and wollastonite, and possesses good biological compatibility, machinability and beautifulness.
