Abstract：
 A process for preparing the polyelectrolyte membrane or composite polyelectrolyte membrane used for osmotic evaporation includes dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water, adding potassium hydroxide and cationic ethering agent, reaction, filtering, defoaming, coating polyacrylonitrile based film with it and baking. It can be used to dewater organic substance with high penetrability and separating factor.
