Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method of nanometer phase calcium-phosphorus salt/collagen/polylactic acid bone composite porous material, including the following steps: drip-adding H3PO4 into collagen solution, making CaCl2.6H2O dissolve in deionized water, and drip-adding it into the above-mentioned solution, then drip-adding NaOH solution to make pH value be 6-8, adding solvent into polylactic acid to obtain homogeneous solution, then adding calcium-phosphorus salt powder material, finally making polylactic acid/calcium-phosphorus salt/collagen into the composite porous material, and then making the composite porous material undergo the processes of thermal phase-separation and subsequent sublimation of solvent so as to obtain the said invented product with a lot of communicated micropores, good strength and biocompatibility.
