Abstract: |
The invention relates to an inductive material with high performance in low burning as using NiCuZn ferrite as a main meterial with the molecular equation of Ni0.2Cu0.2Zn0.6, bismuth oxide, as an auxiliary burning agent. The main material content of 99-100%, and the auxiliary meterial content of 0-1.0% will be contained in the formula. The ferrite with high sintering activity and uniform grain size can obtained by heat treating of synthetic citric acid forerruuner. Said powder material is then ball grinded, granulatod, shaped and sintered for final product of low burning inductance material which has high magnetic conducting rate, low cost and small element size. |
