Abstract： |
The invention discloses an oxychlorination catalyst and application and preparing method which belong to the catalyst preparing domain. The catalyst comprises the copper, phosphorus and alkali metals, the rare earth metal salt or oxide and inertia carrier, wherein, the content of the copper element takes two to fifteen wt percent of the catalyst, the phosphorus takes one to ten wt percent, the alkali metal element takes one to ten wt percent, the rare earth metal element takes zero to five wt percent, and the surplus is the inertia carrier. The catalyst of the invention is applicable to the chlorine preparing by the chlorine hydride catalyzing and oxidizing and the process of the ethylene and ethane oxychlorination. The catalyst has the advantages of high activity, good selectivity and long service life. |
