Abstract: |
The invention discloses a copper-potassium dual-metal cerium-based carbon smoke removing catalyst and preparing method for diesel tail gas selectively in the tail gas catalyst technical domain, which is characterized by the following: adopting low-cost soluble copper salt, potassium salt and cerium salt as raw material; using oxidizing co-sediment method to prepare catalyst carrier; utilizing equal bulk co-immersion method to load dual-metal salt; adjusting the weight percentage of different Cu, K and Ce; making CuxKy/CeO2 catalyst; adopting analog diesel tail gas as reacting atmosphere to reduce burning temperature of carbon smoke from 550 deg. c to 400 deg. c or below; satisfying the temperature request of diesel discharge; accelerating the burning speed of carbon smoke particle greatly; regenerating the particle catcher. The catalyst system has superior sulfur toxicity resistance. |
