Abstract: |
Manganese and boron are used as main elements of alloy according to invention. The process of smelting and forging-rolling is simple. Bainite/Martensite complex phase organization may be obtained by means of air cooling after hot working. So the quenching process can be removed. The hardness of steel is HRc is greater than or equal to 50 or HRc is greater than or equal to 56 after air cooling operation. This steel is used for making various precise and complex dies, grinding ball, large-scale rack and so on. This steel has high hardness, long life and obvious economic advantage. |
