Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of metal material and the gringing ball has components of: C 3.4-3.8%, Si 2.5-3.5%, Mn 2.0-3.5%, Cr 0.1-1.0%, S less than 0.03%, P less than 0.1%, Mg 0.03-0.08%, Re 0.02-0.07%, and Fe the rest. Its heat treatment process include heating at 820-920 deg.C for 2-8 hr, quenching in the aqueous solution of sodium or potassium salt of pH value 9-14 and specific weight 1.05-1.8 and heating at 150-300 deg.C for 2-8 hr. The grinding ball of the present invention has good comprehensive performance.
