Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of alloy steel, relates to medium-low carbon air-cooled bainite steel, using C, Mn and Si as main alloy elements, and air cooling can obtain non-typical bainite or bainite/martensite heterogeneous structure. Its composition includes (wt%) C 0.15-0.34 wt%, Mn 1.80-3.00 wt%, Si 0.20-2.50 wt%, Cr 0-2.00 wt% and the rest is Fe. The steel can be used for making high-strength bolt, track, railroad switch, various shafts, and other various high-strength structure components, etc.
