Abstract: |
The present invention belongs to the field of low alloy steel, and relates to medium carbon and medium-high carbon manganese system air-cooled bainite steel, using C, Mn and Si as main alloy element and the air-cooling can obtain the uniform heterogeneous structure. Its composition includes C 0.35-0.60 wt%, Mn 1.80-3.00 wt%, Si 0.20-2.00 wt%, Cr 0-2.00 wt%, P 0.01-0.035 wt%, S 0.01-0.035 wt% and the rest is Fe. It can be used for making various springs, making high-toughness structure component and various wear-resistant steel balls, precision mould and large rack, etc. |
