 A Mn-Si-Cr steel with complex-phase structure of non-continuous ferrite and granular bainite, which are formed in the air cooling procedure, contains C (0.06-0.13 wt.%), Mn (1.9-2.6 wt.%), Si (0.6-1.5 wt.%), Cr (0-2 wt.%), V (0-0.15 wt.%), Al (0-0.25 wt.%), Nb (0-0.15 wt.%), Ti (0-0.1 wt.%), B (0-0.015 wt.%), N (0-0.1 wt.%), Ni (0-1.2 wt.%), Mo (0-0.8 wt.%) and Fe (the balance).
