Abstract：
 The invention relates to a polymer based composite material of core-shell structure and the method for preparing the same, belonging to electrical composite material preparation field. Said composite material comprises nanometer granulate of core-shell structure and polymer material resin, said nanometer granulate is Ag nanometer granulate covered with insulating organic layer, said polymer material resin is epoxy resin. The volumtic ratio of said formulation is: Ag nanometer granulate 5- 35%, and epoxy resin 95-65%. The polymer based composite material with good dielectric property is prepares with solution casting method. The dielectric property of said composite material can be moderated between 210- 450 by adjusting the thickness of covering layer outside Ag granulate, and the dielectric loss is kept at Tan delta < 5%.
