Abstract: |
A process for preparing the 3D photon crystal of zinc oxide by self assembling includes uniformly dispersing the zinc oxide nanoparticles in the solution containing zinc oxide moleculae, stirring, dropping the mixed solution on the nano-smooth surface of a substrate, and heating to 150-180 deg.C to evaporate the solvent. Its product has high mechanical strength and stability and low cost. |
