Abstract: |
The present invention discloses the combustion synthesis process of Yb and Er co-doped up-conversion sodium fluoroyttriumide fluorescent material. The precursor is first prepared with sodium fluoride as matrix, YCl3 solution, YbCl3 solution and ErCl3 solution through co-precipitation process; boric acid and urean are then mixed with the precursor suspension homogeneously; and the mixture is poured into crucible, shifted fast into a muffle furnace and heated at 550-600 deg.c for about 10 min to form the Yb and Er co-doped up-conversion sodium fluoroyttriumide fluorescent material. |
