Abstract: |
A method of growing the single crystal of the zinc oxide with hydrothermal method. It chooses the zinc hydroxide as the predecessor and the ammonia as the mineralizer and grows the crystal of the zinc oxide through heating in autoclave. The heating method can be the microwave heating or the resistance wire heating. The crystal can be the zinc oxide nanometer fiber or massive single crystal of zinc oxide. The invention is featured by simple technique and low cost and controlling the size of the zinc oxide crystal by changing the condition of the technique. |
