Abstract: |
The invention relates to a method of preparing block millicron crystalsize/amorphous alloy, which belongs to the domain of metal millicron materials preparation technology. The direct current pulse supply of solid capacity charge/discharge is adopted. Aim at the features of block armophous alloy, Selecting current density range: j=100-100000 A/mm2. The processing time is between 2S and 60 min, current impulse width range: mu=10-200 mus, current impulse frequency range: f=2-5000 Hz. The standards are guaranteeing crystallization and gaining nm crystal grain, and not overheat leading to crystal grain growth. It utilizes the interact between current and metal atom to accelerate atomic diffusion and transfer, and product crystal nucleus and nm phase precipitation. |
