Abstract: |
This invention relates to a preparation technology of fuel cell bipolar plate and its material. The composite material contains a conduction backbone material of 75%-87% in weight ratio, 13%-25% binder and hardener, the said conduction backbone material uses a material mixed in certain proportion by a natural scaled graphite and delanium graphite, a phenolic modified vinyl resin or unsaturated P17-902 polyester resin are taken as the binder and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and the benzoperoxide as the hardener added by small amount of auxiliary component black carbon or natural graphite powders. The bipolar plate is formed by die pressing at one run under a certain formation temperature and pressure and its conductivity, anti-flex intensity and air penetration are higher than those of single graphite. |
