Abstract：
 The invention provides a process for preparing isobutylene and isobutene by using the blending gas of carbon monoxide, hydrogen gas and carbon dioxide as the raw material of isomerous synthesis in the presence of pure ZrO2 or doping ZrO2 as catalyst, through reaction in the fixed bed flowing type tubular reactor under pressurization and heating condition to obtain isobutylene and isobutene.
