Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technology field of electrically insulating material preparation, which is a process for synthesizing high-performance aluminum nitride powder by utilizing the gradient distribution combustion of the extended combustion synthesis, wherein different proportioning aluminum dust, deflocculating agent and addition agent are ground by rotary mill, after being dried, the powder is coated in the graphite reaction pot through the method of gradient distribution, then is charged into a combustion synthesis reaction apparatus, wherein nitrogen is filled in under coarse vacuum, and aluminum nitride powder is synthesized from the raw aluminum dust through ignition.
