Abstract: |
The invention discloses a method to induce thick ceramic suspension to quickly solidify in situ. Prepare premixing liquor, add in ceramic powder, to prepare high solid-phase thick ceramic suspension and make ball-mill to obtain low-viscosity, high soild-phase water-based nonplastic thick ceramic suspension. Add in initiator, place in mould, and control the temperature. Under the double inductions of temperature and pressure, implement quick in situ solidification of thick ceramic suspension. It solves two key techniques about quick in situ solidification and injection course controllability. It makes colloidal in situ molding and injection molding able to organically combine. |
