Abstract:
In the invention, industrial class Si-Fe alloy powder, Al2O3 micropowder and mixed rare-earth oxide fine powder are used as mainr aw material to be reacted and generated to Fe-Sialon complex phase material in high-temp. 1100-1600 deg.c and nitrogen gas condition. Said complex phase material contains discontinuous metal ductility phase (Fe) which can promote firing of silicon based complex phase and increase toughness and ductility, make Fe-Sialon complex phase material has excellent ability of shock resistance, thirmostability and abrasion resistant.
