Abstract： |
The present invention discloses one kind of 3, 4, 5-trimethoxy-diisopropoxy phosphoryl leucine/lysine peptide benzamide compound and its preparation process. The materials diisopropoxy phosphoryl leucine/lysine peptide and 3, 4, 5-trimethoxy benzamide in molar ratio of 1 to 1 are reacted at room temperature for 12 hr, and through further filtering, washing, drying, rotary boiling and final silicon gel column chromatographic separation or re-crystallizing purification, yellow solid product is obtained. The present invention has simple technological process, and other advantages, and the product has phosphoryl radical with high bioactivity and trimethoxy phenyl radical introduced into its structure with excellent antitumor activity and thus excellent antitumor effect. The present invention may be used in medicinal and chemical industry. |
