Abstract: |
The synthesis method of zinc sulfide microballoon belongs to the field of semiconductor material preparing technology. Zinc chloride in analytical pure and glutathione in purity over 98 % are compounded into water-ethylene diamine solution or water-ammonia solution as initial reaction solution at room temperature. The initial reaction solution is set inside one stainless steel reaction tank with PTFE lining and heating at 160-210 deg.c for 5-24 hr to prepare zinc sulfide microballoon. The said method is simple, has easy-to-obtain material, and may synthesize zinc sulfide microballoons of 254, 257, 377, 465, 536 and 597 nm diameters. |
