Abstract：
 A method for preparing ultraviolet curing material for soft printing relates to soft printing technology. Mixing material oligomer, monomer, photoinitiator and crosslinking agent to obtain high molecular prepolymer to be coated between silicon substrate and elastic seal; ultraviolet radiating; high molecular prepolymer directly polymerizing to crosslinked polymer to be sticked on silicon substrate, that is ultraviolet curing material for soft printing. The material is separate from elastic seal, and sticking on silicon substrate to obtain soft printing masterplate. The material has good property, strong adhesive force to silicon substrate, easily separates from elastic seal, and regulates material hardness and deformation by formula change; preparation of the masterplate has simple process, high polymerization efficiency, little pollution and low cost.
