Abstract:
This invention relates to a photocurrent sensor based on heterostructure of macro length Ag nm lines, which connects the two ends of an Ag nm cluster with macro lengths with two metal Ni electrodes to form a heterostructure then to package it in a quartz sleeve in vacuum and leaves two electrode leads out of the sleeve to form a photocurrent sensor. When working, a lead connects the two electrodes and a current signal test device and photocurrent will change greatly in the circuit when a beam irradiates on the Ag/Ni heterostructure region, when the photo strength is increased, the strength of the photocurrent will be increased, on the contrary, when the photo strength is reduced, the strength of the photocurrent is reduced.
