Abstract: |
A nm-phase calcium-phosphorus salt/collagen/high-molecular porous composition for repairing bone is prepared through such steps as dissolving collagen in acid, slowly dropping the aqueous solution containing Ca ions and phosphoric acid radical ions, dropping NaOH solution to regulate pH value, freeze drying, grinding to obtain dry powder, loading PLGA into flask, adding solvent, mixing with obtained dried powder, phase separating, and freeze drying to obtain porous PLGA/Ca-P salt/collagen skeleton material. Its advantages are excellent biological compatibility and good bone imitation. |
