The invention relates to a nano carbon tube and preparation method, wherein the carbon nanotube comprises more than two single isotopic elements through mixing, the isotopic element mixing ratio of the mixed composition displays periodic or non-periodic variation along the tube length direction, the different isotopic carbon elements participate in reaction alternately according to a predetermined concentration and sequence. The chemical vapor deposition method comprises letting in carbon source gas containing different isotopic elements during the reaction, thus making different isotopic elements participate in t he reaction, the arc discharge method comprises switching power sources between the anodes of different isotopic elements during the reaction, thus making different isotopic elements participate in t he reaction, and the laser erosion method comprises irradiating laser alternatively on different isotopic targets during the reaction, thus making different isotopic elements participate in t he reaction. |
