Abstract:
The present invention is reverse micelle process of preparing nano FePt alloy grain and belongs to the field of magnetic record medium preparing technology. The present invention features that salts of Fe and Pt are first set into organic solvent containing surfactant to produce phase transfer effect of transferring metal ion from water phase to organic solvent to form reverse micelle; surface stabilizer and reductant are then added into organic phase solution to complete reduction of metal ion, formation of grain kernel and growth of grain inside the reverse micelle and form the dispersed liquid of nano FePt alloy grain; and the nano FePt alloy grain is finally separated from the dispersed liquid. The said process has the features of less danger, low cost, small grain size, simple production apparatus and excellent industrial application foreground.
