Abstract: |
A process for preparing magnesium oxide nanoparticles (15-50 nm) includes calcining magnesite to obtain light-burnt magnesium oxide powder, mixing it with water while introducing CO2 for carbonifying it, filtering the carbonifying liquid to obtain solution of magnesium hydrogen carbonate, thermodecomposing, filtering, drying and calcining. Its advantage is high purity (more than 98.7%). |
