Abstract： |
Method for preparing field emission body of Nano carbon tube includes following steps: providing an array of Nano carbon tube developed on a substrate; the array includes a root part contacted to the substrate, and a top part is away from the substrate correspondingly; providing an cathode base including main body of the base, and layer of bonding agent formed on the base; contacting the top part of the array of Nano carbon tube to the bonding agent to form electric contact between the array and the cathode base; solidifying the layer of bonding agent to unite the array and cathode base hard; removing the substrate to expose the root part of the array so as to obtain field emission body of Nano carbon tube. The root part is transmitting end of the field emission body. Advantages are: simple preparing technique, low cost, and better evenness of field emission. |
