Abstract: |
The invention relates to a carbon nanotube preparing method, comprising the steps of: placing a substrate deposited with a catalyst layer on the surface in a quartz boat, which has an opening; placing the quartz boat in a reaction furnace, which comprises a gas inlet, and making the opening of the quartz boat is opposite to the gas inlet; heating the reaction furnace to a preset temperature and charging carbon source gases to grow carbon nanotube on the substrate; when the growth ends, leading carrier gas through a gas guider into the quartz boat to reduce the carbon source gas concentration so as to stop growing carbon nanotube and prevent forming common coating structures; separating carbon nanotube from the catalyst layer by the action of external force and obtaining the carbon nanotube or its array. |
