Abstract： |
The device to generate and collect orientation arrangement belongs to one-dimension nano material preparation field and comprises: a spraying device, a liquid supply device, a high-voltage power, and a collection device; wherein, using two pieces or two groups head-on nozzles connected to positive and negative high voltage as spraying system to spray fibers with opposite discharges to attract, impact and neutralize in air, forming spinning cluster with flying speed rapid reducing, and collecting fiber of high orientation arrangement. This invention can collect fiber in large area, prepares dual-constituent or multi-constituent fiber structure, and endows orientation arrangement more wide application future. |
