Abstract: |
The present invention relates to the synthesis of nanometer cadmium sulfide line in lead-zinc ore type structure and belongs to the field of nanometer semiconductor material preparing technology. Cadmium nitrate and ethylene mercaptol are compounded into water-ethyl alcohol solution as initial reaction solution at room temperature. The initial reaction solution is set inside one stainless steel reaction tank with PTFE lining and heating at 220-280 deg.c for 4-240 hr to prepare nanometer cadmium sulfide line. The said method is simple, has easy-to-obtain material, and may synthesize nanometer cadmium sulfide line of length up to 6.5 microns and diameter up to 158 nm. The nanometer cadmium sulfide line is expected to be used as material for electronic device, light emitting dipole, etc. |
