A process for synthesizing cerium oxide nano-crystals includes such steps as proportionally mixing a fused salt with the compound easy to decompose for releasing Ce, heating to the temp which is 950 deg. C higher than the smelting point of said fused salt, constant-temp calcining, cooling, washing for removing residual fused salt, and baking at 50-300 deg. C. |
