Abstract: |
Adding urea and ammonium nitrate to solution of uranyl nitrate, the invention obtains dense UO2 ceramics microsphere accorded with design requirement of high temperature, air-cooled nuclear reactor in high yield finally, after technological processes including boiling glue, preparing glue, dispersion, aging, washing, drying, baking, reduction, and sintering etc. Advantages are: easy of preparing glue solution, high content of uranium, steady glue solution, and simple facility so as to suit factory production in large-scale; good mechanical strength and heat treatability of gel balls; and safe operation. |
