Abstract:
The invention discloses a direct methyl alcohol fuel cell methyl alcohol solution concentration control method which belongs to the clean energy domain and its equipment. The control device connects pumps-1 between the methyl alcohol vessel and the mixing vessel, the mixing vessel through the pipeline connect to the voltaic pile, the voltaic pile and the mixing vessel use the pipeline to connect again; the voltaic pile separately connects with accumulator cell and load, accumulator cell connects with load, controller separately connects with the above part. the methyl alcohol solution concentration control method is that the controller based on the real-time detected load size and the accumulator cell surplus electric quantity, simultaneously examines the methyl alcohol density and the voltaic pile extant methyl alcohol watery solution or water; the controller operates by these information parameters, controls the delivery pump rotational speed, to increase the methyl alcohol to the voltaic pile, in order to obtain the needed methyl alcohol density and the current capacity, guarantees the voltaic pile normal work. The method not only can satisfy the need of the load frequent change, and also simultaneously may maximize use methyl alcohol fuel.
