Abstract：
 The closed outer ice-thawing air conditioner consists of secondary refrigerant loop comprising refrigerating machine, closed ice accumulating tank, heat exchanger, secondary refrigerant pump, solenoid valves and secondary refrigerant pressure setting part; and air conditioning water loop comprising solenoid valve, electric regulating valve, heat exchanger, water collector, air conditioning water pump, water distributor, air conditioning pressure setting part and air conditioning end. Structurally, the closed outer ice-thawing air conditioner features the serial and/or parallel connection of the closed ice accumulating tank and the heat exchanger for the air conditioning water flow; and the multi-pipe structure of the closed ice accumulating tank. The present invention has raised system reliability and provides technological support for lowering system cost of low temperature ventilation.
