Abstract： |
The present invention relates to a technology of re-burning fluidized bed flyash. During the normal burning after ignition of fluidized bed, flyash grains from dust cleaner are collected, mixing with water in certain ratio in a flyash slurry tank for hydration; and the mixture is fed to the combuster of the fluidized bed to fast aggregate and participate in reaction. The present invention realizes the integration of flyash returning and pelletizing, and the technological process is simple, has short flyash staying time, high flyash calcium utilization and low flyash carbon content during the continuous operation of fluidized bed boiler. |
