Abstract: |
The technological process of the present invention adopts short chain alcohol ROH as reaction acyl acceptor, hydrophilic organic solvent no negative effect on enzyme reaction activity as reaction medium and biological enzyme to catalyze oil material converting reaction to synthesize biological diesel oil. Through the heated reaction in various bioreactors, the oil material may be converted completely into biological diesel oil and by product glycerin, with the biological diesel oil yield being as high as 94 %. The new organic medium reaction system can promote the dissolution of methanol and other short chain alcohol in oil, partially dissolve the by product glycerin, raise obviously the enzyme reaction activity, shorten enzyme reaction time and prolong enzyme service life. |
