Abstract：
 The invention relates to a phase change energy storage floor air conditioner heating method and its device. It belongs to heating air condition technology field. In the invention, phase change material is adopted as energy storage medium to conduct suspended ceiling air condition and heating. Put phase change material between top floor slab and suspended ceiling. Hot water or cold water pipes connecting with heat pump or cold machine are set among phase change materials. When electric network is in its low valley, hot water or cold water generated by heat pump or cold machine makes phase change material store energy; when electric network is in its pinnacle, heat pump or cold machine stop working and use the storage energy to supply heat or cold for rooms.
