Abstract：
 The invention is an activating reaction device to continuously prepare natural gas absorbent as well its technique, mainly composed of reaction kiln body, burning system, temperature control system, smoke-wind system and raw material feeding system. The reaction kiln body includes preheating, constant temperature and cooling segments; the reacting mass continuously pushes the mobile kiln vehicle installed with storage box bowl into preheating segment by pusher mechanism, raises the temperature from normal temperature to 700-900 deg.C in preheating segment, here makes constant temperature reaction under this temperature, and then lowers the temperature below 80 deg.C in cooling segment. The whole activating reaction has strong continuity, and the pre-activating reaction and high temperature activating reaction are once completed in the kiln. The energy consumption is low and it can effectively prevent the strong corrosion on the device by the reacting mass.
