Abstract：
 The invention relates to a cable coiler for supplying movable city electricity, which can turnover and change direction. Wherein, one side of coiler is insulated arranged with electric brush embedded with the cable terminal of city electricity; the electric brush fixed end is connected to the power wire of movable system; the cable is coiled on the coiler; the hysteresis coupler, speed reducer and coiler are coaxially connected, and supported by two supports fixed on base; the hysteresis coupler is transmitted by the belt via motor on the base; there are cable supports under the coiler and between two ends of each support; one end of output cable of base is hinged to the turnover support; the turnover support has horizontal support with bar holes; and the horizontal support is arranged with positive wire-compressing wheel, guide wheel and inversed wire-compressing wheel sliding along the bar hole. The invention can directly connect the city electricity and the movable system, with protected shell of cable.
