Abstract:
This invention discloses one medium hole metal electrode pair process method in the solar energy battery technique, which comprises the following steps: Depositing the medium hole metal material with nanometer structure and large proportion area on the base material to process medium hole metal electrode through non-ion surface active agent deposition method, positive ion surface activity agent method or chemical method; using the medium hole metal electrode as dying agent for solar energy battery to improve the photo to electricity transmission to lower battery cost and to spread commercialization.
