Abstract： |
A plate-fin inner heat exchanger of micro-channels for CO2 critical state refrigeration cycle is of layers of board structure. There are at least two layers of flute board, wherein between is clapboard are welded together. The premium number of total layers is a times of 3. The top and bottom layers are sub-critical flute board, wherein the middle layer is extra-critical flute board. The flute diameter is less than 3mm. Compared to tube structure, plate-fin structure is of easy manufacturing. Compared to bush structure, the heat exchange index of plate-fin structure is two times of that of bush structure. |
