Abstract: |
The invention discloses Escherichia coli flagellum polyclonal antibody and its preparation method and application. The preparation method includes the following steps: separating out the Escherichia coli; using physiological saline with 0.1-1.0 volume percent formaldehyde to inactivate after three times sub-culturing; using the physiological saline to make fungi hung liquid to gain Escherichia coli flagellum antigen; using it to immune animal; separating and purifying antiserum of the animal to gain the Escherichia coli flagellum polyclonal antibody which has the advantages of high specificity, purity, titer( over 25600), saving for long, high precision, sensibility and less detecting steps for Escherichia coli by immunoassay in environment and food detecting field, wide application prospect. |
