 The invention discloses Escherichia coli pilli polyclonal antibody and its preparation method and application. The preparation method includes the following steps: separating out the Escherichia coli; gaining Escherichia coli pilli antigen after heat shock centrifuge; using it to immune animal; separating out and purifying the antiserum of the animal to gain the Escherichia coli pilli polyclonal antibody which has the advantages of high specificity, purity, titer( over 6400), saving for long, high precision, sensibility and less detecting steps for Escherichia coli by immunoassay in environment and food detecting field, wide application prospect.
