Abstract: |
The micro rack for bone tissue engineering and its preparation process and application belongs to the field of medical material technology. The micro rack is sphere in the average size of 100-350 micron for cell to adhere and grow on. The preparation process includes dissolving chitosan powder in water solution of acetic acid, adding water solution of cross-inking agent and pouring into non-volatile oily liquid as dispersing medium to form emulsion; adding cross-inking agent and water to cross link; cleaning with chloroform, filtering, ethanol suction extracting and drying to obtain spherical chitosan micro rack. The micro rack has excellent cell compatibility and in vivo degradability, and possesses wide medical application foreground. |
